A very unusual keel

What’s that you ask? It’s my enormous belly. Last night we wandered next door for a swim, taking along a lightly inflated floating ring and a snorkel so I could rest belly down in the water for a while. It was too funny not to photograph.

Both girls are making amazing progress with their swimming. Isabelle has a good handle on Freestyle & backstroke and is getting the hang of breaststroke and butterfly, she just needs to keep practicing. Grace has finally found some common sense and learned to be careful of the water but is not scared and was doing a wonderful job swimming a few meters at a time without floaties last night.
