Our midwife’s scales were at another clients house the afternoon Grace was born, so she didn’t get weighed at birth. Instead she waited for her first outing to Hopscotch the next day, where she was weighed on their stunning scales.

Her weight is a guestimate based on a careful measuring of an exact copy of the clothes and blanket she was weighed in and an estimate of how much weight she would have lost in the first 24hrs.
